What kind of security does PornTeam.com use?

Sales Tax
We ship from California. All orders delivered to a California address will be charged with appropriate sales tax. The shopping cart automatically assumes you are living in California when you are adding DVDs to your shopping cart. As soon as you add your correct billing information and enter a state or country other than California, the sales tax will be removed from your order.




Payment Method
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cashier Check, and Money Order. We verify all orders. Your credit card address must match the billing address on your order or it will not be shipped until corrected. To ensure timely delivery, please make sure that if your shipping and billing address do not match, that your preferred shipping address is on file with your credit card company. For "Money Order" and "Cashier Check" customers, we will cancel your order if we do not receive your payment within 2 weeks after an order is placed. Please also note that if your order includes any sale-priced item, we must receive your payment in full before the end of the sale date as listed on that promotion. If payment is not received before the end of the posted sale date, we may not be able to honor the sale price and a refund may be issued. All mail orders must have a completed order form including a signature verifying your age and intention to order adult-oriented material.

Order Confirmation / Order Status
If you provide your email address, you will receive an email confirmation from us confirming that we received your order. Please print this confirmation and keep it for your own reference. Billing
Charges listed on your credit card billing statement will be from "Feisty Media Inc"... not PornTeam.com. In some cases, additional shipping charges may apply for international orders, expedited, or multiple shipments. These charges are entered manually in our system at a later time.



Shipping
Your order will arrive in a standard cardboard box, with only the video order and receipt (and maybe some marketing items). You will never receive any unsolicited material from other vendors. The return address label is from Feisty Media Inc and a regular address. In our commitment to the environment, to reduce our carbon footprint, and to keep shipping costs low, sometimes we will use a recycled box to ship your order.



We CANNOT ship any of our products to third parties due to age verification requirements. This means you may not order for a friend and have the package shipped to them. You may have a shipping address different from your billing address, as long as the recipient is the same.

No shipping on weekends or US postal holidays.

If you live in the United States and your state is on the pull-down menu below, we CANNOT accept your order due to state or local county laws and restrictions. These laws change regularly as local, state, and federal elections occur and we are up to date with the most current restricted states.

Shipping and Handling Charges

The shipping charges will be calculated on the weight of your order and the postal zone in which you live. That information will be displayed for you after you type in your shipping information.

Shipping is dependent on where you are located what level of service you select, and the weight of the product you order. PornTeam.com offers USPS Priority Mail (2-4 business days), USPS Global Priority Mail (7-10 business days), UPS Next Air (Next Business Day), UPS 2nd Air (2 business days), and UPS Ground Service (5 - 7 business days), UPS Worldwide Expedited, and UPS Worldwide Express Service. We calculate the shipping charges based on USPS and UPS terminal rates and a low handling fee. Express by USPS or UPS Next Day Air, or 2nd Day Air shipping DOES NOT mean that we will be able to get the order on its way the next day. Credit card processing time must still be done for all orders (including Express). By choosing Express Delivery, you are speeding up the shipping time, not the time it takes to process your order. We work very hard and diligently to process and ship orders in a timely manner. Orders usually go out on the same day or within 1 or 2 days. Occasionally orders will be split into multiple shipments at our discretion.

What does "USUALLY SHIPS WITHIN MEAN?

 All times listed below are an estimated amount of time for PornTeam.com to receive your product from our sources. Due to fluctuating inventory and customer demands that time may be shorter or slightly longer than listed. Please note that this is not a guaranteed ship-by date, it is only an estimate. All times listed are business days Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends and United States national holidays will be processed on the following business day.

  • 24 hours: This is a product that is usually in-house and will be shipped within 24 business hours of receiving your order.
  • 3-5 days: This is a product that usually comes from an outside source. It will take at least three business days for us to receive this selection in-house.
  • 7-10 days or longer: This is a product that comes from an outside source on another coast. Due to time zone differences and shipping accommodations, these items may take at least 7 days for us to receive this selection in-house.
